Gaylynn and Rayna have both cared for their parents who journeyed with Alzheimer’s and now they have trained to help others through their journey.

This Package includes 3 visits from a mentor for $325
1. Conversation with Family Members- 1.5-hour visit in the home with a mentor. Discuss challenges experienced and develop a plan.
2. Visit with the person and evaluate the GEM state of the person living with dementia- 1-hour visit in the home. Workbook included
3. Engagement Visit 1-hour visit at the home. Review GEM state and ideal activities for your loved one.
1.5-hour visit in the home with a mentor. $150 Discuss challenges experienced and develop a plan.
